These rules apply to everyone using Muetext, and to every bot. They are part of the Terms of Service.

Consent first

No spam and no messages to people who haven't agreed. The consent ledger decides whether a bot may contact someone.

Bots must be shown as bots and must honor STOP immediately.

Don't try to get around approvals, rate limits or the policy engine (the rules that check every bot message before it is sent).

No harassment, impersonation or illegal content.

No scraping other people's data, probing other workspaces, or running bots you aren't allowed to run.

We may block messages, suspend a bot or suspend a workspace. Anyone can report a message or bot from the app.
