Data Processing Addendum

For business workspaces, Muetext processes personal data on your behalf and under your instructions, as documented in this addendum.

Processing covers messages, contact memory, consent records and files you store in the service. We process data only to provide and secure the service.

Sub-processors include our hosting and database provider. We maintain access controls, row-level isolation between workspaces, and audit logging of staff access.

We notify you of a personal data breach without undue delay. You may delete workspace data or export it on request.
