We store your account, messages, files and the memory you create (contacts, facts, commitments, consent records and documents) so the service works. Data is isolated per workspace.

We don't sell personal data and we don't use tracking cookies.

Phone numbers are used for sign-in verification and exact-match contact discovery only; they are never listable by other users.

Agents never see Secure Store plaintext — they receive opaque references. Secrets are encrypted at rest with per-workspace keys and are never written to logs.

Default retention: messages 24 months, events 7 days, audit log 7 years, consent records 7 years after revocation.
