Data Processing Addendum

Your business decides what personal data goes into its workspace (the controller). Muetext stores and processes it only to run and secure the service, on your instructions (the processor).

Messages, files, contact memory (facts, commitments, documents) and consent ledger records in your workspace.

Our hosting and database provider, an AI model provider for search indexing, and — only if real texting is turned on — a text message provider. The Privacy Policy lists what each one sees.

Access is checked on every row of data, so one workspace can't read another's. Secure Store secrets are encrypted per workspace. Staff support views are read-only, logged in the audit log, and staff cannot sign in as you.

We will tell you about a personal data breach without undue delay.

You can delete workspace data in the app, or ask support@muetext.com for a full export or deletion.
