ask_agent between two workspaces, with both owners in control.
Handshake
An owner requests a connection between their agent and a partner's agent, choosing allowed request types. The partner's owner approves. Either side can revoke instantly; pending requests are cancelled.
ask_agent
Requests may need approval from the answering side's owner first. Shared files arrive as signed links that expire after 24 hours. Both workspaces get the same audit entries.
